Registration & Ticket Policy 

Please review the following ticketing policies carefully before purchasing your ticket.

 

1. Ticket Categories

The following ticket types are available:

  • Student Ticket — for currently enrolled students only

  • Regular Ticket

  • Late Ticket — applicable during the late registration period

Ticket availability is subject to change at any time prior to purchase confirmation.

2. Student Ticket Eligibility

Student tickets are strictly limited to individuals currently enrolled in:

  • College or university

  • Graduate programs

Accepted Proof of Status

You may be required to provide one of the following:

  • Valid student ID

  • Enrollment verification letter

  • The organizers reserve the right to verify student status both after purchase and at check-in.

If valid proof is not provided:

  • The ticket may be converted to a Regular ticket

  • The attendee may be required to pay the price difference before entry

 

3. Ticket Availability

  • All tickets are subject to availability and event capacity

 

4. Meals Included

Registration includes:

  • Day 1: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

  • Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch

5. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Cancellations or no-shows

  • Schedule or speaker changes

  • Travel issues or personal conflicts

  • Illness or other unforeseen circumstances

 

6. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets may be transferred up to October 1st

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to info@iapsummit.org

Additional Conditions:

  • Student tickets may only be transferred to another eligible student

  • Otherwise, the ticket must be upgraded by paying the price difference

  • No transfers will be allowed after the deadline

 

7. Ticket Use

  • Each ticket is valid for one attendee only

  • Tickets may not be:

    • Duplicated

    • Shared

    • Resold without organizer approval

The organizers reserve the right to cancel registrations that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of policies.

 

8. Check-In & Identification

Attendees may be required to present:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Proof of student status (if applicable)

9. Event Changes

  • Program details, speakers, schedule, and honorees are subject to change without notice

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event as necessary

 

10. Photography & Video

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photography, video recording, and media capture may occur

  • Materials may be used for:

    • Promotional

    • Archival

    • Editorial purposes

 

11. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, organizers, and fellow participants

12. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, public health concerns, or government actions):

  • The event may be postponed, canceled, delayed, or modified

  • The organizers reserve the right to determine an appropriate resolution
